Kochere is in a small area within the well-known Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. The area contains washing stations where local farmers can bring their coffee for processing after it is harvested. The iron rich soil and high altitude of the region are ideal for growing specialty coffee. Tasting notes: It offers a floral and honeysuckle aroma, bright fusion of candied lemon, pomegranate, lime-citrus acidity with juicy nectarine stone fruit body and white tea overtones. I like it on the lite to medium roast but if you want it dark roast just let me know.
