This is a Papua New Guinea A/X quality coffee from the Kefana village, in the Goroka district of the Eastern Highlands Province. This coffee was cultivated by smallholder farmers who then also process their own cherry using small individual pulpers and then ferment in plastic bags. After being sundried, the parchment coffee is milled at nearby Nombe Factory. Women from the village are employed to hand pick the green coffee.
