Natural Process Coffee from Ethiopia makes Blends shine! Any top notch Espresso should have medium roasted natural process coffee added to the darker roasted beans! This will round out any blend. Espresso is a drink not a roast level! I have a retail store who I make a Bulk bin coffee for and rounding out the blend with Naturals makes the lower priced bulk coffee so much better. Harrar is a long-standing beloved coffee from Ethiopia. Due to the location and lack of water, the region produces only natural processed coffee.
This year, Keffa Coffee upgrades the quality of Harrar from grade 4 to grade 1. The coffee went through an extra sorting work, which brings cleaner tastes to a cup along with Harrar’s distinctive characters: fruity, blueberry, dark chocolate and creamy body. It was possible thanks to a strong partnership with our suppliers in Ethiopia.
