Over vacation I got to cup coffee in Providence with Olam Coffee Importers. This company owns coffee farms in Tanzania. We were tasting different coffee. Each sample was fermented in a different yeast strain. The company was doing experiments on using different yeast during fermentation. It was amazing to learn so much about coffee and to be part of an experiment. You could taste the difference in the samples. Maybe it is my wine education that helps with coffee. Thanks Olam for the education!
