Description
This Blend is dedicated to the town where I live. I tend to use coffee from Ethiopia in my blends. We have a local Importer who brings in some nice coffee from Ethiopia, Sumatra, El salvador. Think of this blend as a Chef’s creation. After roasting several types of coffee it is than blended and tasted before it gets shipped out. Two major components are Ethiopia Natural and washed process coffee.
