This Honduran coffee comes from 51 acre farm where 20 acres are cultivated with coffee located in the village of Aldea La Majada, Santa Rosa De Copan.
Founded by Francisco Hernandez Gil better known as “Chico” Gil. This is a second generation, family owned and operated farm. Jorge Hernandez, “Chico” Gil’s son, is now responsible for the operation of the family business.
The primary coffee varieties cultivated at this estate are Catuai and Catimor.
This is a nice coffee at any roast level.
